These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Inforia.ai platform (the “Platform”), available at https://inforia.ai.

The Platform is operated by DOTSOA OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria, with registered address at bul. Tsarigradsko shose No 115M, European Trade Center, bl. Building D, et. 1, Sofia, Bulgaria (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Service

Inforia.ai is an AI-powered data structuring and visualization platform.

The Platform does not sell, license, or claim ownership over third-party data.

The Platform processes publicly available, user-requested, or referenced information and delivers:

  • structured datasets,
  • analytical summaries,
  • charts, tables, and visualizations.

You expressly acknowledge that all fees are charged solely for computational processing, structuring, interpretation, and visualization services, and not for the underlying data itself.

2. Free Anonymous Use and Accounts

The Platform offers limited free, anonymous access to allow users to try the service.

After the free usage allowance is exhausted, account creation is required to continue using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free access at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity performed under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Platform outputs at scale;
  • interfere with Platform security, availability, or pricing mechanisms;
  • use the Platform to build or operate a competing service.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Searches, Credits, and Fees

The Platform operates on a per-search pricing model.

Each search consumes credits or incurs a fee as displayed at the time of execution.

Fees are non-refundable once a search has been executed, regardless of output relevance or interpretation.

We may update pricing, quotas, or limits at any time, with prospective effect.

5. Commercial Use Rights

Unless prohibited by law, users are expressly permitted to use all Platform outputs commercially, including but not limited to:

  • reports,
  • presentations,
  • dashboards,
  • research,
  • client deliverables,
  • internal business analysis.

However, you may not:

  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform outputs as a standalone or competing service;
  • present Platform outputs as originating from another AI system or data platform.

6. Data Accuracy and No Warranty

Inforia.ai delivers automated outputs generated by AI systems.

While we aim for accuracy:

  • outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors;
  • visualizations are informational only and may depend on third-party sources.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including:

  • accuracy,
  • completeness,
  • reliability,
  • fitness for a particular purpose,
  • non-infringement.

You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

7. No Professional Advice

The Platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, regulatory, or compliance advice.

All outputs are provided for general informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to:

  • the Platform software,
  • system architecture,
  • AI workflows,
  • visualization logic,
  • user interface,
  • branding and design,

are owned by or licensed to DOTSOA OOD.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Platform outputs in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Sources

Platform outputs may reference or summarize third-party sources.

We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party content.

Source citations are provided where available for transparency.

Any reliance on third-party information is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DOTSOA OOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific search giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOTSOA OOD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Platform,
  • your reliance on outputs,
  • your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • required by law,
  • necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
